I took an off today! :) I know its nothing great but then for me its a really big thing.I have been working on the last two sundays....and yet when i took an off today my dear boss asked me to come for half a day!? I mean this is ridiculous....why, am i supposed to be a bonded labourer or what?? Anyways i had a good time relaxing at home today and made the most of it. I wonder when will summer set into mumbai coz Feb's almost come to an end and its still quite cold out here. Something is definitely wrong with the weather, i mean i could never imagine in my wildest dreams that one would ever feel the need to wear woollens here!? This only makes me hope for the worst.....i somehow get this feeling that we'll have a terrible summer this time. Anyways lets hope for the best!! Although i know i can't hope for the best right now coz i know my boss is gonna thrash me tomorrow for taking a leave today. But who cares i have already taken it and it cannot be reversed...so what the heck! :D

Exercitii pentru un abdomen plat si ferm

Intarirea muschilor abdominali este visul multor femei, dar a duce la bun sfarsit o astfel de dorinta nu este intotdeauna usor.
Pentru a avea un abdomen plat nu va trebuiesc decat 15-20 de minute in fiecare zi, timp de 2, aproape 3 saptamani in care veti executa patru exercitii pentru un abdomen plat, exercitii diferite in fiecare zi, urmate de jogging, mers pe jos sau pe bicicleta, precum si o alimentatie sanatoasa, saraca in grasimi, zaharuri si acizi.
Nu e necesar sa faci foarte multe abdomene. Daca sunt executate corect, simti cum lucreaza muschii, 5 sau 10 minute sunt indeajuns pentru a-ti intari si tonifia abdomenul.

Daca doritii sa obtineti rezultate vizibile intr-un timp mai scurt va recomand Winsor Pilates . Am postat mai jos filmuletul cu exercitii pentru abdomen. Metoda Pilates se bazeaza pe trei concepte, care stau la baza tuturor exercitiilor. Primul lucru pe care trebuie sa il inveti este respiratia si postura corecta. Inspiri pe nas si expiri pe gura. Ritmul trebuie sa fie constant, intotdeauna corelat cu miscarea. Este foarte important sa executi exercitiile corect. Trebuie sa incordezi usor abdomenul, indreptand spatele. Relaxeaza umerii si impinge bazinul usor in fata, prin incordarea feselor. In al doilea rand, exercitiile pentru zona abdominala se executa cu spatele si abdomenul bine incordate. Vei alterna mereu repetari scurte si rapide cu miscari lente si concentrate. Spatele trebuie mentinut drept si barbia scoasa din piept pentru a respira corect

Insa toate acestea dupa cum am mentionat s mai sus trebuiesc combinate cu un regim alimentar adecvat si nu in ultimul rand multe lichide Prin “lichide” se traduce, de fapt, apa. Renuntati la sucurile carbogazoase sau la cele din fructe pe care le gasesti in comert. Apa nu contine calorii si nici conservanti precum majoritatea bauturilor racoritoare pe care le cumparati din magazine. Daca va doriti si altceva in afara de apa, alegeti ceaiurile fara zahar si sucurile pe care le poti face acasa prin stoarcerea fructelor sau legumelor.

In acest mod veti scapa de grasimea din jurul taliei rapid si veti obtine un abdomen plat si ferm.

The Ria that was.....

Talking of the sunday that went by, its wasn't that bad as i had expected it to be.In fact what i learnt was to enjoy whatever life throws on you. After all i am a firm believer of destiny and everything happens for a reason. Good, bad or ugly is all a part of the journey called life. By the way the next 3 days are going to be a breeze for me coz my boss aint goin to be around!! Lets talk about something more interesting.One of the interesting things is that i painted after a very very long time, it was at office on sunday. We had this painting competition as an employee engagement activity and it felt as if a scene of "Taare Zameen Par" had come to life. It felt as if i had gone back to those school days when we used to have art classes and all i knew to draw was a landscape with a river flowing through it :) Anyways i did a pretty good job and i am not being biased towards myself, you can see it for yourself. By the way that doesn't mean that i am not open for any comments, feel free to speak your mind but do keep in mind that i was never too good at drawing and this is an attempt to paint after a very very long time.

Puteti incerca orice, de la clasicul alb, la galben, mov sau roz , important este sa fie o culoare care te reprezinta si cu care sa-ti stea bine si sa te faca sa te simti bine cu ea pe umar.
