Here Comes the Weekend!!

Yes, weekend's here and once again i have the privilege to have an extended one coz Monday's a holiday (Guru Nanak Jayanti). So here's my plan for the weekend:

1. Saturday - Go to see the Kalaghoda Festival. Its a famous festival which happens every year in South Mumbai. Socome evening and i am off to this festival.

2. Sunday - Go to Central mall for shopping and chill out with friends. :) No further explanations required right!

3. Monday - Go to PVR to watch London Dreams in the evening. I hope it turns out to be good, the reviews say the movie is worth a watch.

Yes u heard that right, i just got done with a long weekend (Saturday to Monday). Or shud i say Saturday to Tuesday coz i took an off today too!! The reason being, my cousin's here from Pune. She's been here since Friday and i had a blast with her. This weekend was awesome for the following reasons:

1. Had two parties back to back on two consecutive days due to Diwali. So that means lots of socializing, exchanging of gifts and not to forget the delectable food that i had.

2. Straightened my hair again after waiting for a whole long year. Yep, my stylist had asked me to do so and now i am back to my amazingly soft, straight hair. No signs of any curls what so ever!!

3. This one's related to the one above, got a complimentary hair treatment coz of this offer that's on at my salon. So this weekend i will be going to get the treatment done, i just love hair treatments which leave my hair feeling satin soft and smelling divine!

4. Saw the hindi movie Blue, i dunno what others have to say about it, but trust me guys its not as bad as the reviews. Although Sanjay Dutt looked a tad too old for the role of a diver and even though the climax turned out to be a bit too filmi, i still liked the movie purely coz of the underwater scenes and Lara Dutta (guys u need to check her out coz she's sizzling hot in the movie). ;)

5. Went shopping with my cousin and shopped for bags, sandals, accessories and what not! Felt so good to be shopping after a long time. (the last time i shopped like that was when my bf was around, thats like more than a month back!)

6. And last but not the least, my extended weekend just got extended by another day coz i took an off today too. So another day to chill out!

The only sad thing is that my cousin will be leaving for Pune today and i will have to get back to work tomorrow. But it wont be as bad as before coz all my colleagues are supposed to be coming back from their vacations today. :) So i am definitely not complaining.

P.S: The last post was my 200th post!! I hope to stay here for as long as i can.
